What products are available?
We offer a complete range of products :

Raw or painted product?
A product is said to be raw when it comes directly from 3D printing : supports removed, part checked and ready to be used or painted.
A painted product is first a raw product that is then painted by us, custom-made, following a specific color palette, aging, varnishing, ...).

Is it possible to book a painting service?
Yes, our studio is available to paint your own parts, whether they were produced in our studio or by you.
We will follow your instructions so that the product fully satisfies you (style, colors, level of finish, ...).

Can I order a fully customized product?
Yes, we can create the modeling of your part or idea, as well as its printing, from the figurine to the hero of your favorite series in life size.

Digital Products
How to get a digital product?
Digital products visible on the site or on marketplaces are available for download immediately after
payment. You will receive an email with a secure link to the digital file so you can download it at any time.
Is the license commercial?
No, the license is limited to private and non-commercial use. They are only protected by a personal use license.
Any commercial exploitation, resale or reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

What are your recommendations for prints?
Available files are compatible with a maximum of 3D FDM and SLA printers.
For large format printing, we recommend using a filament deposition printer (FDM) whose nozzle can be between 0.2mm and 0.8mm depending on the detail level you want (a larger nozzle size greatly shortening printing time).
If the desired detail level must be very precise, for example for small figurines, we then recommend using a resin printer (SLA).

What are the production and delivery times?
Our 3D printed products (painted or not) are mostly made to order. Their average production time is 1 to 4 weeks which includes
printing, finishing and drying.
For specific, custom-made, and large products, the delivery time is communicated in the quote.

Do you deliver worldwide?
We deliver to Benelux as well as the rest of Europe via Bpost, Mondial Relay and possibly other carriers.

How are your products delivered?
Each product of reasonable size to be transported by our partners is checked, validated and packaged by hand by us, and with
the highest level of protection against shocks and damage (foam, paper, reinforced cardboard, ...) to guarantee their integrity until delivery.
We can also ensure personal delivery of your product at home (within a reasonable radius), or at our studio (after express agreement).
For larger dimension products, we will ensure delivery after consultation.

Is it possible to track my order?
Absolutely, an email containing a tracking link for your order will be sent to you as soon as it has been shipped.

We try to offer competitive and adapted prices, but we cannot offer systematic discounts.
