Shipping Policy
Delivery Zone
We ship our products to Benelux as well as the rest of Europe.
Transport
Deliveries are made by Bpost or any other carrier chosen by Alsetha Studio, at home or at a pickup point.
Delivery Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 4 business weeks after order confirmation, excluding transport times.
In case of shipping delay beyond this period, the Customer is notified by email.
Made-to-Order & Customized Products
Some products are made to order or customized.
Times may vary depending on project complexity and raw material availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the chosen carrier, destination country as well as
package weight and size.
Delivery is free in Belgium for orders over 75 €.
Delivery Modes
Delivery modes are as follows :
- Standard delivery : delivery at home or pickup point, by Bpost, time of 1 to 4 business weeks after order confirmation.
- Custom delivery : made-to-order delivery, time of 1 to 4 business weeks after order confirmation.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all shipped orders.
Delivery Delays
In case of delay attributable to the carrier, Alsetha Studio cannot be held responsible.
However, we undertake to assist the Customer in any tracking or complaint procedure with the carrier.
